At SKIN functional, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is at least 50% full and securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Laboratory

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point for tracked delivery back to our facility.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
